Materials

Manilla paper
Bubble wrap with star fish outline
Tempa paint
Sponge paint brush
Scissors
Rolling pin

Cut a starfish pattern from bubble wrap. Sponge paint your bubble wrap with appropriate color. Press bubble wrap on Manilla paper and roll over it with a rolling pin. Carefully remove the bubble wrap. Children can add eyes, if you would like.  Cut around the painted area to form starfish.
