Materials:

Ellison Die cuts to tape to side of wagon.
Red white and blue balloons to tie on hand.
Duct tape

If desired you can add a top to wagon float similar to top made for hand carry float.

To keep from one child pulling another child you can dress a large teddy as Uncle Sam and let uncle Sam ride in float.
