Materials

White or manilla paper with outline of sun, earth, moon, and shadow indicated
Yellow, black, and gray  construction Paper
Earth notepad
Glue
Scissors

Give students piece of blue construction paper with schematic outline.  Have them cut out and glue on sun, shadow, earth and moon.

Use this aft activity after demonstrating the concept of an eclipse using an incandescent lamp with a single exposed bulb, a beack ball for the earth and a smaller ball for the moon.
